YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SERVICE

I/We agree not to disclose or reveal the commission rate or the amount of any reduction negotiated by The FeeSaver on my/ our behalf [Of course this does not stop you telling others about our service]

I/We agree to give The FeeSaver complete authority to act on your behalf during the negotiation of a fee saving and further agree not to engage in any direct communication with the Estate Agent until the negotiation of a fee saving has been successfully concluded.

I/We accept that for various reasons beyond The FeeSaver’s control it may not be possible to negotiate a reduction in an Estate Agents Fee

I/We agree to notify the FeeSaver of the date of completion immediately contracts are exchanged in respect of the Sale of the property and further to pay the FeeSavers invoice for 25% of the saving achieved.

Unless previously agreed the account is to be settled by our solicitor or conveyancer within 7 days of completion taking place.
