This will enable us to negotiate more effectively as there will be no temptation to “build up” your fee to include its cost. Our cost for a pack for a Freehold Property is £299.

It will also enable you to de-instruct /move from one Estate Agent to another more easily in the event that you become unhappy with the service they provide you as your HIP will be their property.
